Today is my last official Fulbright grant day. I was able to visit two other urban English institutions to round out my experience - UCL and Imperial. Technically not "ancient," but clear competitors to Aberdeen. Having visited Oxford and Cambridge, the experience of competitive review of schools that compete with Aberdeen has been well informed.
Great experience overall. Scotland is a wonderful country with amazing people and so much to offer educationally. I will indeed miss it, but have made lifelong friendships.
