Today is my last official Fulbright grant day. I was able to visit two other urban English institutions to round out my experience - UCL and Imperial. Technically not "ancient," but clear competitors to Aberdeen. Having visited Oxford and Cambridge, the experience of competitive review of schools that compete with Aberdeen has been well informed.
Great experience overall. Scotland is a wonderful country with amazing people and so much to offer educationally. I will indeed miss it, but have made lifelong friendships.

Nearing Completion
I have not blogged in while simply because of a busy schedule.... The Fulbright experience is coming to a close soon and Scotland has been amazing - great people and a great experience. I highly recommend a visit with enough time to explore the entire country and all it has to offer. Off to London soon for visits to additional "ancient" universities to complete the experience.
